Log
Following the community call in April we continue reviewing our oldest Standard for Public Code issues. These were the ones we got through:
- #62 Bundle policy and code: invite policy makers to contribute their own work in their own formats - added comment on upcoming work session
- #167 Template: Reference back to Foundations’ core value propositions - comment added, close next time if nothing new
- #168 Include section on ‘how to implement standard in your organisation’? - important issue, but should not be in the standard, transferred to About. Might even be an course on the CITYxCITY platform where we have the Standard for Public Code course
- #170 Margins on the print version can use improvement - closed
- #177 Create some amazingly easy ‘good first issue’s - closed
- #182 suggest changing policy makers to public policy makers in all standard criteria headers - make this a decision point in a community call
- #183 You can’t easily find the PDF of the standard on the site - already resolved, closed
- #197 Bullet sounds skeptical about policymakers’ ability to understand code - already resolved, closed
- #198 Add a requirement for a responsible disclosure channel - already resolved, closed
- #200 Add section on relation to coreinfrastrcture best-practice-badge - large and bit vague issue, ask for more specificity, follow up next session
