Notes

This meeting was a really hands-on session where we collectively worked on the goals for the first quarter of 2022. We started out with a table with the “one year ambition” that we have set in our roadmap in one column of a table and added ideas for shorter term goals in the next column. The table contained some seeds of ideas from a previous meeting when we started.

The session led us to these draft goals. The collection of these ideas for goals will feed into a workshop in early January where the goals will be set.
